State of the service

Garita is in development and offered in early access, as is. It may change, fail or be interrupted without notice, and no particular availability is guaranteed.

Who decides the actions

Each server’s staff configure Garita and are responsible for that configuration. Automatic actions (for example a honeypot softban) are applied on their behalf; Garita does not review each case before acting.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Garita to harass, spam or evade Discord’s rules.
• Do not try to harm, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other servers’ data.
• Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Plans and pricing

Published prices are indicative and nothing is charged today. Specific conditions will be published before payments are enabled. Security modules will remain free.

Limitation of liability

Garita helps moderate and protect, but no tool catches all abuse. Discord may limit or reject the bot’s actions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Pending review: Adapt to the applicable law and the responsible entity.

Suspension

We may limit or remove access for servers or people who breach these terms.

Changes

We will publish changes on this page and in the changelog. Continuing to use Garita afterwards means you accept them.
